Access to and use of the mpoo8 platform is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:
mpoo8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to mpoo8's satisfaction.
To access mpoo8's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on mpoo8. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name or the name of another person — is strictly prohibited. mpoo8 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, outstanding balances will be voided, and pending withdrawals may be cancelled pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mpoo8 will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately at [email protected].
All accounts are subject to identity verification under mpoo8's KYC policy. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a national identity card, passport, or driver's license) and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the specified time frame will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
mpoo8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels available to Indonesian members:
Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change. mpoo8 does not charge any fee for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mpoo8 accepts no liability.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals are available only to Members who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or public holidays such as Idul Fitri or Nyepi. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the mpoo8 account.
mpoo8 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into any account. Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable international anti-money laundering regulations. Any account involved in suspected money laundering will be suspended pending investigation, and all associated balances may be withheld.
Promotional offers made available by mpoo8 are subject to individual offer terms disclosed at the point of promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are available to new or existing Members who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the respective offer terms. mpoo8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All Bonus Credit is subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds (where applicable), and time limits will be stated clearly in the offer terms. Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to low-margin casino table games and certain togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw types — may not contribute fully toward wagering requirements. mpoo8 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; exploiting system errors or technical faults; placing hedged or low-risk bets specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; and colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate promotional outcomes. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus credit voided and may be permanently closed.
mpoo8 periodically offers promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events and sporting fixtures, including BRI Liga 1 match days, Piala AFF tournaments, Ramadhan reload bonuses, and Idul Fitri cashback campaigns. These promotions are governed by their own specific terms, which will be published on the promotions page at the time of the offer.
All sports wagers are accepted subject to mpoo8's sportsbook rules, which govern market settlement, void bet conditions, in-play betting, cash-out eligibility, and mix parlay (accumulator) terms. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, it is binding and cannot be cancelled except where specifically permitted by mpoo8's in-play cash-out feature.
All casino and RNG (Random Number Generator) games — including slots, togel, virtual sports, and table games — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, PG Soft, and others). mpoo8's role is that of a distribution platform; game outcomes are determined by the game software and are not influenced by mpoo8. All RNG games are independently audited for fairness.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error resulting in an incorrect price, payout, or game result, mpoo8 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings accumulated as a result of a manifest error — whether technical or otherwise — are not payable and will be voided upon discovery. mpoo8 will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from such errors.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products and are displayed at the point of bet placement. mpoo8 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to any Member's account without prior notice, particularly where betting patterns suggest use of automated systems, matched betting strategies, or other conduct inconsistent with recreational play.

We can activate a self-exclusion on your account at any time upon request. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mpoo8 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of winnings, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:
All Intellectual Property on the mpoo8 platform — including but not limited to the mpoo8 brand name, logo, website design, software, content, and databases — is the exclusive property of mpoo8 or its licensors. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without mpoo8's prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these terms. This license does not include the right to scrape, copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mpoo8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, mpoo8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mpoo8 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to mpoo8's legal obligations including KYC and anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
You may close your mpoo8 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending investigations. Bonus Credit that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
mpoo8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including where: eligibility requirements are not met; prohibited conduct is detected; fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity is suspected; regulatory requirements compel us to do so; or the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months. In cases of termination for cause, outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpoo8 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause prevents mpoo8 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its Intellectual Property or confidential information pending the outcome of arbitration.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
mpoo8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1. The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update.
